Wow! There were so many creative images submitted into the Youth Photo Contest this year! Every photograph was reviewed by our judges, who had the difficult job of selecting the top 18. Selections were based on Impact, Composition, Creativity and Overall Story-telling.
The finalists have been selected and notification has gone out to all who entered. So check your emails! Congratulations to:
The top 18 images will be printed and exhibited in the PHOTOGraphie Gallery exhibition Nov 4 – 6 at the Anvil Centre, New Westminster and we invite you, whether a finalist or not, to drop by and enjoy the show.
Prizes
All finalists can use the code in their email to receive:
- 4 free tickets to the VIP Opening Night on Fri Nov 4 (value $40)
- One free ticket to the Keynote Speaker on Sun Nov 6 (value $100)
At the Award Ceremony on Sat Nov 5 all finalists will be presented with:
- a $50 Pix Portal gift card
- a Finalist Certificate
- a print of their image, provided by Technicare
The Grand Prize winner will be presented with:
- an additional $150 Pix Portal gift card
- a brand new Nikon Camera!
