The kick off to PHOTOGraphie, this gallery opening event is a chance to mingle with our keynote speaker, PPOC-BC members, gallery exhibitors, youth contest finalists and VIPs. Join us for a glass of wine, while enjoying the exhibition display. Cash bar.
Gallery Exhibition – Free, Drop In
The gallery exhibition display is open to the public during the PHOTOGraphie festival. This curated exhibition features the creative work of ALL photographic enthusiasts; professionals and amateurs. In addition you will see the top BC high school student photographs, the PPOC-BC salon images and the PHOTOGraphie Keynote speaker’s stunning images. Drop in anytime to view the display and perhaps find a piece of art for your home.
Social Night 2016 – Paid ticketed event
Plans are underway for a wonderful evening of networking and social time. This event will take place in New Westminster close to the Anvil Centre and hotel.
Fusion 2016 Industry Expo – Paid ticketed event
Entrance fee is included with any seminar ticket. Fusion 2016 features booths from all the major photographic suppliers. Fusion will bring the best and latest technology from great vendors. Gala Awards Presentation – Free, Drop In
Don’t miss this opportunity to watch the imagery and celebrate the winners of PPOC-BC’s Image Competition. The awards presentations are free to watch and follow networking time with a cash bar and silent auction. If you wish, you may add a banquet ticket and top the evening off with a wonderful meal amongst the gallery art.

This formal social mixer is being catered in the exclusive gallery Atrium of the Anvil Centre and is paired with a visual treat of imagery. Celebrate the awards winners in style and finish the evening with an elegant three course meal.
Keynote Speaker 2016 – Paid ticketed event
PHOTOGraphie is pleased to welcome Nino Rakichevich as our distinguished keynote speaker for 2016. Nino is an advertising and fine art photographer based in Malibu, California. He has won over 40 national and international photography awards, and is a proud member of the elite artist organization ULUPUDS in his native country of Serbia. He is also author of the book, “People of Paris” as well as a fashion and celebrity portraiture instructor at the prestigious Brooks Institute and a Sony Artisan.
Nino’s full day program will cover street and editorial photography, lighting people, marketing in today’s photographic environment and finding your passion and inspiration. Includes live shooting demos on stage!
